Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Participant 
We totally get it -sometimes life happens! All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@alignwithnatalie.com. Here's how it works: 

* No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, if you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat start date, you can transfer your spot to a lucky friend or family member if we're unable to fill it ourselves. 

* For cancellations made 90 days or less prior to the retreat, your payments may still be transferred to a friend or family member, but if that's not possible, all payments will be forfeited. (Be sure to chat with your travel insurance company about possible reimbursements - travel insurance is highly recommended!)

* If transferring your spot, please send us your friend or family member's contact info, so we can update our booking system. 

Cancellations by Host
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel due to low registration. In this case, you can either transfer your payments to a future retreat or receive a full refund. Please note, we can't cover airfare, hotels, or other travel costs, so make sure you have travel insurance! 

In the even rarer event of dangerous weather, political unrest, or other "acts of the universe" beyond our control, any refund depends on what we receive back from the venue. Again, we can't refund airfare, hotels, or travel costs, so travel insurance is your best friend here! 

Travel Insurance 
Travel insurance is a smart way to protect yourself from those unexpected twists! It can cover participant cancellation, host cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses, and even repatriation if needed. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, and for maximum peace of mind, consider a 'cancel for any reason' option. You can find coverage options at InsureMyTrip. 

Retreat Changes
The host reserves the right to make any changes necessary to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. Sometimes adjustments are needed, but don't worry - we'll always prioritize creating an amazing retreat for you! 

Other Important Info
* If a payment isn't received on or before the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your registration - no refunds in this case. 

* We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration for any reason. If that happens, don't worry - you'll receive a full refund.
